Pleasant Hill Farms is pleased to announce that we are offering a Seventh Sourdough Bread 101 Class because of the overwhelming response!
Come Join us Sept.28th for a Sourdough experience, We will be providing everything needed while we show you how to make sourdough loaf bread and Rolls. My sourdough starter has been in my family for 5 generations and its something i cherish as loved ones that made it are no longer with us. Our Sourdough bread is very mild and only needs to be fed once a week which makes it very easy to work with on a busy schedule.
You will be leaving with the knowledge of basic Sourdough skills, a loaf of bread, our family recipe along with your very own starter in a Mason Jar.
