About this Event
This 2 day class will start at 5:30 pm and go until 7:30pm. Saturday morning we will kick class off at 8:00am!
We'll teach you the steps of
Mixing bulk fermentation
Cutting+ Shaping
Scoring+ Baking
The 2 hour session Friday night includes a homemade sourdough pizza and non-alcoholic drinks while Saturday's morning 2 hour session includes a breakfast pastry and coffee!
Go home with not just your new found hobby, but your very own cooked loaf of bread and starter to keep it going!
