Katie Giannattasio of Simplicity Homemade will bring all the supplies. You will mix your own dough (bowls should be about 3 qt) and do three stretch and folds while here. Katie will walk through the entire process with us. You will go home with dough to bake and starter for next time! Limited seating available. Contact Sam at 248.396.6113 to make a reservation.
