The fabulous Jennifer from Jenny B's Baked Goods will be here teaching another sourdough class. Together participants will prep their own sourdough bread to take home for proofing and baking. You will learn to bake various recipes from sourdough discard. Each person will receive established starter to take home with care and feeding instructions, online resources to continue your sourdough baking adventure, and a loaf of dough and crackers.
You will need to bring a tea towel, a medium to large mixing bowl and a spatula. Snacks and beverages will be served.
