About this Event
Join us at our Raleigh store on February 27th from 6 to 8pm for a Sourdough Bread Class led by Weaver Street Market's own Bread Bakery Manager Jon McDonald! Flour, water, and salt. That’s all you need to make tasty, nutritious bread at home. Spend two hours with Jon learning how to maintain a sourdough starter, how to mix and shape dough, and how to bake your own bread at home. Students will leave with recipes, some Weaver Street starter, and dough they’ve mixed to jumpstart their own sourdough journey. Spaces are limited - reserve your space now!
