This introductory class is for individuals interested in starting a sourdough “Mother” a “Start” The class will focus on how to begin a start and how to feed it and develop it into a healthy “Mother”The class is interactive with hands on learning. Each student will create a start and take material home to keep track of their starter. This class prerequisite to the series.
All material needed is provided by Bread&Table. Hope to see you there!
