In this hands-on workshop you will:
๐ Mix, shape, and score your own artisan sourdough bread
๐ Make sourdough pizza dough, then bake and enjoy your own pizza lunch in class
๐ฑ Learn how to keep a sourdough starter alive without it taking over your life
โจ Finally understand inclusions, bulk fermentation, hydration, and all the other โmystery wordsโ of sourdough
What youโll take home:
-1 freshly baked loaf you score and bake
-1 dough to bake at home
-Pizza dough for 2 medium pizzas (lunch in class plus dough to take home)
-Two starters (live and dehydrated backup you make)
-The Sourdough Workbook (reference and practice journal)
