Learn to bake artisan sourdough - a naturally leavened bread with our wild yeast starter without the use of any commercial yeast.This workshop is suitable for home bakers; new to sourdough or experienced; those that want to further improve their bakes at home.
We teach using the traditional hand mixing techniques without the use of a stand mixer. We will guide you through the end to end process, share with you the professional bakers tips for successful baking at home.

· In the event we are unable to meet the minimum participants (3), we will contact paid participants in 3 days leading up to the workshop date. Organiser can decide to proceed or cancel the workshop. If cancel, participants have the following option:
1. Transfer to next workshop date or
2. You can opt for 100% refund of course fee
