Ever want to make your own bagels, but don’t know where to start? Learn the bagel making process from start to finish from our pastry chefs. We take the 4 day process and condense it into one class where you will make bagel dough, then shape, proof, boil and bake your own sourdough bagels. Participants will have enough dough to bake a few bagels of their own at home the next day, too! You will also have the opportunity to make your own flavored cream cheese to enjoy with your homemade bagels. Ask questions and learn new techniques about bagels, sourdough and more!
Class includes 4 bagels to take home with you, enough dough to make 4 more bagels at home, flavored cream cheese, a sample of sourdough starter, and instructions for how to shape, boil, and bake bagels.
