Join Jess from Barefoot Hippie Homestead for a hands-on sourdough experience that celebrates the beauty of slower living and the sacred art of breadmaking.
This class is more than just baking. It’s about reconnecting with the rhythms of nature, learning patience, and finding joy in the simple act of creating food with your own two hands. Together, we’ll walk through the process of crafting a nourishing loaf, from starter to dough, while talking about the history, tradition, and heart that sourdough carries.
Each participant will:
• Receive their own sourdough starter to take home and continue the journey.
• Learn step-by-step how to feed, care for, and maintain a thriving starter.
• Put together a loaf of bread during class that you’ll take home to bake and enjoy.
Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop will leave you inspired, grounded, and connected! Not only to your bread but to a slower, more intentional way of living.
Come with your curiosity, a mixing bowl, and an open heart. Leave with knowledge, inspiration, and the magic of sourdough to carry into your own kitchen.
Can’t wait to see you there!
