In this knowledge based class you will learn all the tips & tricks to making your bread aesthetic and closer to perfection! We will discuss tons of information about scoring, inclusions, how to shape a loaf, talk about some of Rachel’s favorite recipes and you’ll get to taste test some things too! We will have an open discussion at the end to go over any other questions you might have about the sourdough process!

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
This class is NOT our “Original” Sourdough Class with a starter, bread loaf and the basic instructions on how to get started in sourdough.
This class IS geared towards discussion, information, knowledge, and Live Demonstrations! Here are the main things we will cover:
Demonstrations showing how to shape holiday/seasonal loaves
TONS of scoring tips and tricks
Lots of tips and tricks for shaping… and different methods to help make more successful loaves
Lots of inclusion ideas, tips and tricks for perfecting flavored loaves
Sourdough donuts to sample in class
