Before registering, if you have not taken our Sourdough 101 class, please consider taking one of our classes first. We will NOT be discussing the basics of Sourdough baking during this class. Please have general knowledge of maintaining and caring for your sourdough starter, techniques for mixing (stretch & folds) and shaping dough, along with the overall steps to our recommended 8 hour loaf recipe.
