Curious about sourdough but not sure where to start? Join us for a hands-on class that teaches the foundations of real sourdough baking—perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to improve their skills.
This class includes both demo and hands-on practice, so you’ll watch each step, then try it yourself with guidance from our instructor. We’ll cover everything from keeping a healthy starter to mixing dough, shaping, proofing, and baking at home.
What you’ll learn:
-what a starter is and how it works
-how to feed and maintain a starter
-mixing dough by hand
-shaping techniques
-timing your rises
-how to bake in a home oven
Class includes:
-sourdough starter to take home
-dough you mixed in class
-printed sourdough recipe
-tasting and samples
-Q&A with the instructor
*Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.

Cancellation Policy?
All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.
