With professional instruction, you’ll learn the step-by-step process of turning simple ingredients into delicious, crusty bread. We’ll share our magic starter kit recipe along with insider tips and tricks of the trade that make sourdough approachable and fun.
During class, enjoy dipping and bread sampling as you practice shaping and working with dough. You’ll leave with everything you need to continue your sourdough journey at home. We will be able to do 2 dough folding rounds before end of class. You will leave class with a full starter kit that you begin in class and will complete at home by popping it into oven to bake. You will also be given a reusable, sustainable beeswax bread bag to keep your loaf fresh.
