Join Homemade by Lauren for a fun, hands-on Sourdough 101 class—teaming up with Legion at Trolley Barn for an unforgettable, interactive experience. No experience needed!
You’ll get your hands in the dough as we walk through every step together, from feeding and maintaining a sourdough starter to mixing, shaping, and prepping your loaves for baking. You’ll also learn professional techniques like scoring and shaping so you can create beautiful, bakery-style bread at home.
