Are you ready to start making sourdough bread? If so, grab a friend (and a beverage) and join us in this Sourdough 101 class! I will teach you the ins and outs along with all of the learning curves she has navigated throughout her years of sourdough baking!
Class cost is $60 per person and will include topics like:
- Caring for and feeding your starter
- Sourdough terminology
- The dough making process
All participants will take home a sourdough starter, a loaf to bake at home, and printed material including my tried and true recipes!
