Join us on Friday, March 21st at 6pm for a Sourdough 101 Class. Whether you have attempted sourdough in the past or you are a complete beginner, you will walk away from this class feeling confident in your sourdough making abilities.Sourdough expert Jessica Ruzicka will guide you through your sourdough journey. From start to finish, this is a hands on class where you will mix your dough, learn how to develop gluten, and become familiar with maintaining your starter.
You will take home active starter, your own dough to bake later, and a freshly baked loaf of sourdough.
This class will be hands on in our professional kitchen and is suitable for ages 10 and older. So excited to see you there!
