Sourdough expert Jessica Ruzicka will guide you through your sourdough journey. From start to finish, this is a hands on class where you will mix your dough, learn how to develop gluten, and become familiar with maintaining your starter.
You will take home active starter, your own dough to bake later, and a freshly baked loaf of sourdough.
This class will be hands on in our professional kitchen and is suitable for ages 10 and older. So excited to see you there!
