In this class we will explore the wonderful world of sourdough baking. This class will cover everything you need to know to get started baking healthy sourdough bread. We will also discuss and sample several discard recipes. The cost of this class us $45 per person and includes your sourdough starter and storage jar. All classes must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. Class size is limited to 15, call 256-686-4500 or come by to register.
