Come join us and learn to save some money on your groceries! We will be making TWO types of sourdough bread from scratch. Sourdough sandwich bread, and Artisan Sourdough Bread. Sourdough is a fermented bread full of gut-healthy probiotics... so it is wonderful for you and oh so delicious! You will leave this class with:
- Our century-old sourdough starter, "Green Valley Simple Leavening"
- The recipe for our "Simply Sourdough” bread.
-A loaf of Sourdough Sandwich Bread made in class
- A belly full of bread and a smile on your face :)
