Event Overview: AI is set to make TA and HR (along with many other roles) jobs ‘easier’. AI can automate processes, analyze data, CVs and job applications, conduct pre-assessments, increase efficiency and improve the candidate experience… amongst much more!
But, before you panic, nobody has said AI will replace HR or TA roles. However your role and responsibilities are likely to change – so this is something you have to prepare for.
AI will allow professionals to focus on more strategic tasks that require human decision-making and interaction, whilst delivering valuable data and insights.
Some daily tasks will become automated which will deliver more time for professionals to be more strategic, which begs the question; what new responsibilities and strategic input can you bring to the table to maximize this newly gifted time? Because stakeholders will be asking this question.
