About this Event
This class is about utilizing leftovers, seasonality, herbs and some less usual CSA box veggies. We will also incorporate a couple pantry staples to make a satisfying, restorative dish for your family on a budget. With a little more technique and time, it is totally possible to make ends meet and support local farmers at the same time.
This class is FREE and ALL are welcome.
Participants will learn nourishing, easy recipes and some thrifty techniques.
We will discuss culinary approaches to local crops that are less known. Learn about putting together flavors that will satisfy and nourish without spending a ton at the store.
