You have planted, grown, harvested and preserved a bounty of fresh produce from your garden this summer. Now it’s time to find a few new, healthy and tasty recipes to use it in! Preserving produce is a real time and money saver.Maybe you didn’t raise a garden this year—that’s OK too.
Creating soups from fresh, canned and frozen produce is just as healthy.
Cindy will be discussing everything that involves making soup and will have four types for you to sample in class—so come hungry. One vegetarian variety will be demonstrated, but meat can be left out of all recipes presented.
