Learn how to make three different soups – Fall Squash, Potato Leek, and Chicken & Dumplings – with Chef Kelcy.
About this Event

Join Chef Kelcy this fall for an interactive cooking demonstration and tasting with LexMedia! Warm up with three delicious soups perfect for the colder months. In this class, Kelcy will make a silky vegan Fall Squash Soup, a classic Potato Leek Soup, and a family favorite—Chicken and Dumpling Soup with homemade dumplings, great for using up leftover chicken. And, because no soup night is complete without something to dip, you’ll also learn how to whip up a quick Irish soda bread and homemade honey butter.

This class is BYOB - feel free to bring your favorite beer or bottle of wine, especially if it would pair well with the dishes.
