Wonder what we do? The Neuro Connection Foundation is a not-for-profit, charitable organisation, based in Tui Glen Reserve, Henderson, West Auckland. We have been in existence for over 25 years, providing long-term, community-based rehabilitation through Conductive Education which incorporates gentle specialised exercises & range of movements in a supervised group class setting, for people with neurological disorders such as Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy or alternatively, afflicted with a brain or spinal cord injury.
Currently at Neuro Connection, we provide these rehabilitation services to 75 clients on a regular basis. Each day, we help these vulnerable individuals achieve their highest level of independence physically, emotionally and socially. We strive to improve their lives through building and maintaining their abilities, growing their confidence and self-worth and working to ensure they feel a valued, independent, happy and contributing member of their community.
