What We’ll Make
- Italian Lasagna Soup
A cozy, deconstructed take on lasagna with tomato broth, pasta, savory meat, and cheese—everything you love about lasagna in one spoonable bowl. - Marry Me Chicken Gnocchi Soup
A rich, Tuscan-inspired soup featuring tender chicken, pillowy gnocchi, sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, and a creamy broth that’s indulgent but balanced. - Escarole & Beans (Italian Home-Style)
A rustic, vegetarian-friendly soup of cannellini beans and hearty greens, naturally thickened by puréeing part of the beans and traditionally served with grilled bread.
