This year the Veterans Freedom Center is helping the families of the military (one 133rd) that was sent overseas in Syria this year. The unit will not be home during the holidays and the VFC is helping the families relieve some of the financial pressure that comes with buying gifts, buying food for holiday dinner, etc. we want to to lend a helping hand in raising money to help. 💵🎁🥘🍽️Please come out and show some support for those who are currently serving our country and give them & their families some extra cheer since they cannot be together during this holiday season!
🔸Cookoff from 12-4pm
🔹$10 per person to taste
🔸Judging at 3pm
🔹 Euchere tournament starting at 1:30pm. $30 (includes side pots)
🔶🔷the last hour we will have to go containers where you can purchase your favorite soup/chili to take home (as long as supplies last)
If you want to enter the contest please get a hold of Brittany. $10 entry fee for the contest & your tasting is free. We will have slots open for up to 15 soup/chili. Please bring your soup/chili no later than 11:30am
