We will focus on the fundamentals of soup-making, starting with three classic bases: cream-based, tomato-based, and broth-based soups. From there, we’ll guide you on how to transform these foundations into a variety of delicious, customized soups. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this workshop will inspire your creativity and confidence in the kitchen! You will be able to sample what you’ve made and take some home! Preregistration required.
