Through toning, humming, and chanting, we unlock powerful vibrations that ripple through our body... restoring balance, releasing emotions, and uplifting our spirits.In this “Voice Yoga” class we play & practice simple sound techniques. We have fun and we all leave feeling more connected to our unique voice, our essence and to each other.
If you’re thinking I can’t sing or carry a tune… It’s not about having a "good voice" or being in tune, it’s about getting IN TUNE with yourself and your own UNIQUE sound. PLUS! There’s a soothing sound experience at the end!
2nd & 4th Tuesdays each month | 6-7:30p | $15pp
We will have mats on the floor to sit on, but if you prefer to sit in a chair, we are happy to make that happen for you!
