Join us for a transformative 90 minute sound healing class along with a thoughtful Vin/Yin yoga class led by Ana Woods on June 28th from 6pm to 7:30pm. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments as you relax, release tension, and restore balance to your mind, body, spirit. This class will be led by Tommy Dill, an experienced sound healer who will guide you through a series of meditative practices and sound baths to help you connect with your inner self and promote deep healing within. Whether you are new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, this class is open to all levels and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
