Join me for for this special night of sounds from my gong, crystal bowls, crystal harp, Koshi chimes, rainstick, ocean drum and other sound therapy instruments accompanied by my special guest Rachael Smalling and her beautiful cello. The room will be softly lit in candlelight, mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided for your comfort as you lie or sit while we play soothing sounds for you to relax to. Let the vibrations soothe your nervous system while the sounds are pleasing to your ear. Reconnect with yourself, perhaps meditating on what this season means for you. It may be a really great time for you to rest and recharge as you prepare for the festivities upcoming.
