Each pose will be accompanied by a live soundbath to assist in healing from within. The session will end with a guided yoga nidra (meditation) bringing further calmness to your mind.

Date/Time - Sunday 21st December 10-12.30noon
Investment £30
To book email Lesley Cochrane at [email protected] or text 07841261390.

Here is a brief description of the benefits of all the sessions on offer.
Restorative Yoga:
Restorative yoga is a gentle, passive form of yoga that emphasizes relaxation, stress reduction, and healing through the use of props like blankets, blocks, and bolsters to support the body in poses held for extended periods. Unlike more active styles, restorative yoga focuses on comfort, stillness, and deep relaxation, making it suitable for all levels and beneficial for calming the mind, reducing anxiety, and restoring inner peace.

Soundbath:
This is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in resonant sounds produced by instruments. This time round we will be using Crystal and tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes, rainmakers, crystal pyramid chime and more to induce a state of relaxation and deep peace.
Benefits of a sound bath include -
🌸 Affects all cells in your body.
🌸 Balances both hemispheres of the brain.
🌸 Changes our old patterns of behaviour, habits and way of thinking that no longer serve us and are harmful to our health.
🌸 Cleanses negative energy and emotions.
🌸 Connecting with your higher self.
🌸 Deep relaxation.
🌸 Helps to recover after illness, traumas and invasive medical treatments.
🌸 Helps to cope with life's challenges.
🌸 Improves sleep.
🌸 Increases vital energy flow, creativity, intuition and motivation.
🌸 Makes positive changes to our whole being.
🌸 Removes blockages and toxins.
🌸 Self-regeneration.
🌸 Soothes, purify and harmonise your emotions and feelings.
🌸 Stimulates circulation.
🌸 Stimulates endocrine glands and regulates hormonal functioning.
🌸 Strengthens immune system.
🌸 Stress reduction

Yoga Nidra:
Over the years there has been a general shift in people, their lifestyle and needs becoming depleted on all fronts: physically, mentally and emotionally. What we all need is more rest. One of the yogic practices that fills this need for rest and rejuvenation is Yoga Nidra-sleep with trace awareness. It’s also one of the most effortless and enjoyable practices.
In this Nidra you will discover your natural state of balance, the peaceful, harmonious state that is your birthright.
