Nov 15 | Emily Jeanne Brown
Emily Jeanne Brown is a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter whose music blends elements of folk, Americana and indie rock with candid lyricism, tender harmonies and vulnerable storytelling.
A lifelong singer trained as a Shakespearean actor, Brown began her foray into recording during quarantine, with a minimal but visceral cover of Bruce Springsteen’s 'i’m on fire'. Last year, she released a 3-track EP, 'Nina', described by Americana Highways as "a moving amalgamation of images of times gone by ... music that plays out in the imagination and vocals that sound like a songbird at dawn."
Emily is currently working on her first full-length record, ‘Coaster’, co-produced by Nan MacMillan, due to be released in 2026.
