Soundhealing & Yin YogaStep out of the rush and into a different pace. This session blends the long-held stillness of yin yoga with the raw, resonant tones of sound healing — creating space to drop tension, quiet the noise, and tune back into yourself.
Yin invites you to hold shapes for several minutes, not to push but to soften — giving your body time to open and your mind time to settle. Layered with live sound frequencies, the practice becomes a sensory journey that restores balance on a deeper level.
Emma brings a trauma-informed approach to yin, shaped by her own journey of self-growth and a belief in nourishing the body as a pathway to connection. Alongside Nizaad’s immersive soundscapes, the evening is less about performance and more about presence.
We’ll close the night by sharing a plant-based dinner and dessert — food to ground the experience in real connection.
All levels welcome.
