Awaken Spanda has been curating unique "sound xperiences" in Charleston and beyond since 2018. Our mission is to liberate humanity as a whole by tuning all individuals into their most optimal potential.
Relax in a serene gallery space while being enveloped in soothing vibrations from instruments. The sound waves promote deep relaxation and a meditative state, enhancing the connection between sound, art, and inner awareness. The synergy between the ambient sounds and the surrounding artwork creates a multi-sensory journey, encouraging mindfulness and creative reflection. Perfect for those seeking tranquility, inspiration, and a moment of stillness.
What to expect...
The process is a return to harmony and balance utilizing gentle qi gong modalities as we slowly walk the mind down into the body for an integrative energetic experience. Allowing the sound waves to wash through the light body effectively redirecting and balancing the flow of chi restoring us to our optimal potential. The transcendent soundscape will relax and open us into the awareness or perhaps enable us to determine our next steps in waking reality.

An Awaken Spanda Soundbath is..
In an Awaken Spanda signature sound experience the intent is always to restore you to your optimal human potential through the power of sympathetic resonance. Using organic sound tools such as instruments and the quantum power of intent to ensure restored harmony withIN the body, mind, and soul.
The experience will allow you to gently and effectively explore new aspects of Self as we allow the unconscious parts of the whole energy body to the conscious mind enabling us to determine our next steps in waking reality.
We enter into this meditative state with no expectations in order to connect directly to the awareness. There are many layers of benefits to this meditation as we are working with the light body, our bio energetic system. Restoration will occur down to a cellular level.

Instruments will often vary according to the energetics of the date but you can always expect gongs, multiple crystal and metal singing bowls, bells, chimes and so on....other times monolini, rainsticks, rattles, buffalo drum, hand pans, flutes

Doors open at 6pm. We invite you to come early and explore the art currently on display in the gallery and create your space for the sound xperience.

Arlyn is an Quantum Energy Worker, and Initiated Sound Therapist that is mindfully aware of her multidimensional self: soul, oversoul, and beyond. Super-conscious of the incredible significance of innerstanding masculine and feminine energies, and the power therein, she may be considered a modern day mystic in her approach to integration and healing. Arlyn has spent 20+ years in the holistic industry, and a lifetime of spiritual seeking that led to 3 game changing energetic movements that shifted her consciousness indefinitely. Overall her sole purpose is to serve as a catalyst to humanity itself and individuals in the ascension/awakening process. It is through creating safe space, facilitating, and supporting those on their own journey of self discovery that she hopes to see ALL open up to a new paradigm of WHOLENESS.

About the gallery:
Meyer Vogl Gallery is a contemporary fine art gallery located in the heart of Charleston’s bustling gallery district and historic French Quarter. We also have a second location on Daniel Island, which is about a 20-minute drive from the Charleston peninsula. Permanently featuring oil paintings by distinguished artists Laurie Meyer and Marissa Vogl, we also exhibit works by a number of local and internationally recognized artists. These artists are diverse and unique, ranging from emerging to established contemporary masters; the unifying element is that they excite us.
