What is a soundbath?
A soundbath is a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating and restorative experience during which you are immersed in an oasis of beautiful and otherworldly sounds. Ancient sounds of gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, solfeggio chimes, drums, voice, monochord and more meld together to transport you effortlessly to a place of peace and tranquility that is more than just momentary. Mindfulness through sound is achieved easily and the effects are powerful. All you need to do is turn up, make yourself cosy and close your eyes to begin the journey.........perfect relaxation for your weekend.
Sound healing is an ancient practice that has been used across cultures for thousands of years. It uses the therapeutic application of soundwaves and vibration for healing, awakening and transformation. Modern science now supports the belief that all matter comes from sound and vibration which is used increasingly in modern medicine as a powerful way of restoring the body, mind and spirit to a place of health, wholeness and happiness.
