This January, Sound Bath invites you to rest deeply as healing vibrations, soothing sounds, and aroma guide your nervous system into a state of calm and renewal. Allow this quiet moment of stillness to support a mindful transition into 2026—grounded, open, and aligned with what you wish to welcome in the year ahead.

You will experience pure essential oils and do mindful breathing at the beginning. And just lie down and relax for the beautiful healing sound. Anybody can join. (Any age who can be quiet for 60 min) Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, beach towel ...something that makes you comfortable. and drinking water. Walk-in Welcome.
