George and Vanessa will play a beautiful soundbath that will help focus the mind on the present moment, while floating away by the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls, gong,chimes and various other instruments that you will get to experience.
A little about sound healing: Sound healing uses very specific instruments with specific tones and frequencies with a purpose of bringing the nervous system to a balanced state where we can then journey inwards to shifts the dimensions of pain and emotions without having to relive the pain and the trauma of the story. It’s a very subtle yet powerful tool.
The ancients understood that a simple sound could reorganize the body’s structure. Sounds that are harmonious activate the body and create healing.

We recommend that you dress comfortably and bring a mat, blanket and pillow and water.
