A little about sound healing: Sound healing uses very specific instruments with specific tones and frequencies with a purpose of bringing the nervous system to a balanced state where we can then journey inwards to shifts the dimensions of pain and emotions without having to relive the pain and the trauma of the story. It's a very subtle yet powerful tool.
The ancients understood that a simple sound could reorganize the body's structure. Sounds that are harmonious activate the body and create healing.
