Experience the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing bowls, gongs and percussion instruments in a serene environment.

Unwind and rejuvenate with a peaceful soundbath session. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound in a tranquil setting. Relax and let go of stress with our soundbath serenity evening.
Cost £20 pay on arrival
Pre booking is essential due to limited spaces - *cancellation - should you be unable to attend after booking please provide 48 hours notice, as often there is a waiting list and enables another person to attend.
Please note:
• How to prepare: Please bring a yoga mat a pillow and blanket and bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring an extra cushion for under knees if your back is uncomfortable lying down.
• Lying down is not essential to enjoy this session, it is possible to be seated on floor and lean against a wall. Please advise if you require a chair.
• Health conditions: Please advise if you have any health conditions we should be aware of in advance of the session. that you feel could we need to be made aware of text 07730735320
• Please note: Do not attend if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
