Come and join me for a deeply relaxing hour long soundbath.Relax as the sounds of the crystal singing bowls fill the room. The tibet bowls , the native flute, chimes and shamanic drum beat.
Please bring with you a yoga type mat, blankets, warm socks, pillow an eye mask if you wish. Cocoon yourself as you let the mystical sounds take you in to a beautiful relaxed state.
PLEASE NOTE: The soundbath starts at 10 am prompt, no late comers can be admitted once we commence.
