Guided by Morwenna and Bebhinn, two experienced sound practitioners, this Sound Bath is a sanctuary for rest, release, and renewal.�

✨ Morwenna offers her grounded, intuitive, and shamanic approach to sound healing, holding space for deep rest and gentle transformation.
💫 The Experience�As you settle into comfort on your mat, you’ll be carried on a sonic journey woven from the crystalline tones of singing bowls, the deep resonance of gongs, the shimmer of chimes, the grounding beat of drums, and the soothing presence of voice. As the sound vibrations ripple through your body, calming the mind, releasing tension, and inviting you into a state of balance and harmony.
