Each session features a flow that includes:

🌀 45-Minute Immersive Soundbath Meditation: Jeremy uses ancient metal singing bowls, scientifically proven to change brainwave activity, guiding us from the stressful world of alpha waves into the calming, healing theta waves—a deeper state of consciousness.
🕊️ Integration Circle: A peaceful closing circle to reflect, share, and integrate the healing experience.
