About this Event
A soundbath is exactly what the name suggests: participants are ‘bathed’ in sounds from instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion and chimes.
For this session you will have 2 facilitators: Nikita Suyetin (IG sixbreathsaminute) and Pablo Hernandez Urzola (IG soundsgoodtherapies).
We will be using several instruments to create soothing, overlapping vibrations. You might feel grounded, energised, trance-like, or even emotional, but you won’t feel worried about the outside world, that’s for sure.
For a comfortable experience please bring a yoga mat and a light blanket. You may also want to wear warm socks and an eye mask, have something to rest your head on, have a bottle of water or warm tea … maybe a journal? In case you want to take notes on your experience.
Pricing:
Early birds first 10 tickets sold £15
Full price until day of the event £20
Please note that due to the nature of the soundbath meditation we cannot admit latecomers.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Gong baths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, anyone who suffers from epileptic fits, or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance.
