Join me Lucy, sound healing therapist, at Awaken Within (was ‘Floating Yoga)’ for the ultimate relaxation at SOUNDBATH on Thursday 27th February (6.30-7.45pm) with my sound healing collection of singing bowls, healing instruments and of course, the resonance of the gong! I am so excited to share this practice with you. ✨All you need to do is turn up in comfy clothes, with your mat, blanket & pillow, (maybe an eye pillow if you have one, though I have a few of these to share), lay down and allow yourself to bathe in the sound!
There are SO many benefits to this beautiful ritual and I feel blessed to be able to share them with you all.
