During this immersive session, you will have the opportunity to explore the healing vibrations of the gong, as it washes over you, creating a harmonious resonance that promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and emotional release. The soothing sounds of the ocean & gong will guide you into a state of profound tranquillity, allowing you to release tensions, energize your chakras, and awaken your inner healing potential.
Complementing the gong sound healing, we will dive into the transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga. Led by Shama Kaur, this dynamic and uplifting yoga style combines movement, breathwork, and meditation to awaken your energy centres, balance your mind and body, and ignite your spiritual growth. Kundalini Yoga offers a powerful toolkit to expand your awareness, cultivate inner strength, and tap into your authentic self.
