Sound healing is a gentle yet powerful tool and so it is not suitable for anyone with epilepsy, pacemaker or during first trimester pregnancy.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, pillow and plenty of water!
Please note that sound healing is not recommended for people in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and for those who suffer with epilepsy.
