The Sound Soul Session includes a mindful movement yoga class with the intention of relieving tension and anxiety that can often creep in thanks to well, life. The slower, flowy movements will help to release our fascia and relax the nervous system. Accompanied by a breathing practice and a meditation which will then set you up for a sound healing session.The soothing sounds of the crystal sound bowls, gongs, drums and other instruments will help to soothe the body and mind. A soundbath uses the different vibrations of the instruments and their various tones to encourage a further sense of ease in body, mind and spirit.
All this set in nature in the beautiful surroundings of David Livingstone Birthplace, Blantyre. Look up to the sky through the skylight as you’re bathed in natural light and see the trees and winters' evergreens that wrap around the room.
Rounded off with a warming refreshment, some comforting sustenance and a chat; a self care Saturday morning just for you.
Please bring your own mat, a blanket and possibly a cushion (for the sound bath).
