Sound healing helps quiet the mind, relax the body, and release built-up stress. The vibrations guide your nervous system into a peaceful state so you can reconnect with yourself spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
💬 7–8 PM Community Group (Free — donations welcome for firewood & tipi warmth)
Our community group is a safe space for honest conversations, support, and connection. It’s a place to open up, grow together, and know you’re not walking life alone. Donations help keep the fire going so the space stays warm and welcoming for everyone.
