A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. These sounds help to balance the mind, body, and spirit, leading to a state of tranquility and peace.

Things to Know:

• Mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided for your comfort, just bring yourself!

Soundbaths are not suitable for any female in their first trimester of pregnancy
